A pink Sunbeam Vogue in the 1974 French movie Lucky Pierre. Indeed one must be very lucky to get picked up by a pink Arrow! ;)

German advert for the Sunbeam Vogue (expert version of the Singer Vogue). Notice that Chrysler/Rootes marketing didn't even bother showing it in LHD, I don't think they were counting on selling many of these over in Deutschland!

Correction: Per comment below by Mr. dsl Rootes didn't sell in Germany, but Austria was a steady market, and German-speaking parts of Switzerland could be a second possibility.

Sunbeam Watch

At first you might say, hang on a minute this should be a Singer Vogue! But in 1970 Chrysler/Rootes dropped Singer from their line up, and they re-badged the leftover Vogues as Sunbeam Vogue, so these RHD Sunbeams are rare.

Moffat Run

Rootes Group used the Sunbeam badge for export market only, but in 1970 they decided to drop the Singer name from their product lineup, so they re-badged the left-over Singers as Sunbeams for the UK market. This is another example from that year, a Sunbeam Vogue estate. Which apparently participated in the Moffat Car Rally.

You learn something new every day on this Grand subject of Rootes badge-engineering! So here is the latest development: It turned out that in 1970 only, they sold them as Sunbeams in UK also. Rootes discontinued the Singer name that year, so they badged the over-stock Singer Vogues as “Sunbeam Vogue”. Thanks to our resident expert Reza for his help.

Now That You're Back...

A Sunbeam Vogue (which was the LHD export version of Singer Vogue), starring as a "Paykan surrogate" in this video from Kaiser(Gheysar). The car belongs to an Iranian in Sweden, and the clip was shot over there. Also I need to point out something here to all you good looking Persian girls out there, I got a white Paykan myself too, fancy a ride?!... ;)
